When I released KeepFlame 2.0 in September, the whole reward loop rested on one series: 22 Nocturne Arcana cards, earned through daily habits, with no duplicate draws. That design has a built-in finish line, and it arrives sooner than it sounds.
Your first launch gives you one draw. A perfect day gives you another, and every seven perfect days in a row adds one more. If you complete all of your habits every day, that adds up to 22 draws after about 19 days. Then the collection is done. You can keep it as it is or start the series over, but there is nothing new to find.
A habit tracker should still be worth opening on day 20. So version 2.1 adds a second series to collect, and it is free like everything else in the app.

Meet Habit Figures
Habit Figures is a series of 24 felted animal figures, and each one is busy with a good habit: a mole watering its plants, a chick that gets up early, and 22 more. Where Nocturne Arcana is detailed illustration under a night sky, this series is small, soft, and handmade-looking, more like something you would find on a toy-shop shelf.
The draw changes to match. Instead of flipping a face-down card, you pick a gift box, the bow pops off, and the figure inside joins your Collection. The rules underneath are the same as before: a draw costs 10 Ember, and it always gives you a figure you do not own yet in that series, so 24 draws complete the set.
A whole toy shop, not just new cards
A new set of pictures inside the old night-sky interface would have looked out of place, so Habit Figures comes with its own look across the app. Today hangs a wooden shop sign, habits sit on shelves with felt price tags, and the Collection becomes a wooden display case with a question-mark box for every figure you have not found yet. Live Activities follow along with a felt price-tag style on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
The night sky has not gone anywhere. Nocturne Arcana keeps the same 22 cards and the same interface it had in 2.0.
Two series, one Ember balance
You can switch series at any time, from the banner at the top of Collection or from Settings → Current series. The look of the app follows whichever series you choose.
Each series keeps its own progress. Switching does not move or reset anything: the cards you have collected stay saved, and you can switch back whenever you like. Your Ember balance is shared, so the Ember you earn goes to whichever series you are collecting at the moment.

If you are new to KeepFlame, the second page of the first-run intro now asks you to pick a series, and your first free draw goes into the one you choose. If you already use the app, your collection and habits carry over from 2.0 as they are.
The rules for earning Ember have not changed. Completing all of today’s scheduled habits earns 10 Ember once a day, every seven consecutive perfect days adds 10 more, and to-dos and backfilled days do not earn Ember.
One smaller change: after you add a card to your Collection, KeepFlame may ask iOS to show Apple’s standard rating prompt, at most once per version and once more when you complete a series. There is no custom pop-up, and Apple decides whether the prompt actually appears.
Still free, still offline
Both series are free. KeepFlame has no in-app purchases, no subscription, and no ads, and Ember and cards cannot be bought. Your habits, Ember, collections, and settings stay on your iPhone. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no analytics, and version 2.1 does not add any data collection.
KeepFlame 2.1 requires an iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
