Support
If you run into trouble with any app published under kuroneko-cmd.dev, this page is the best place to start. It explains how to reach me and what details make it easier to understand and fix problems. Each app also has a short note with a few tips before you email.
How to reach me
- Email: contact@kuroneko-cmd.dev
- I will get back to you as soon as I can.
To help me see what is going on, it is helpful if you can include:
- Which app you are using (for example, Simple Warm Reminder).
- Device model and OS version.
- App version (shown in the App Store or inside the app, if available).
- A brief description of what you were doing and, if possible, screenshots or a short screen recording.
App-specific notes
Simple Warm Reminder
- The app is offline by design. If reminders are not triggering, please double-check Focus modes/Do Not Disturb and allow notifications for the app.
- Known limitations:
- Reminders rely on local notifications; iOS may delay them if Low Power Mode is active for a long time.
- The app requires iOS 16.1 or later. Live Activities (Lock Screen countdown) also require iOS 16.1+.
If something still feels off after checking these points, feel free to email and I will do my best to help.
KeepFlame
- KeepFlame is an on-device habit tracker with animated themes instead of leaderboards or social features.
- If notifications or Live Activities are not appearing, please make sure KeepFlame is allowed to send notifications and show Live Activities in iOS Settings.
- Theme previews and more details are available on the product page. You can change themes from inside the app to match your mood.
TravelBrain
- TravelBrain 2.0 requires iOS 26 or later and supports both iPhone and iPad.
- TravelBrain is an offline-first travel planner where you collect ideas in an Inbox, review their details, and arrange them on a timeline.
- Smart Import: Choose Inbox → + to take a photo, choose a photo, paste supported content, or enter details manually. You can also share supported content to TravelBrain from another app; it will wait in the main app for review.
- Recognition results look incomplete or incorrect: Text recognition runs on your device and provides editable suggestions, not guaranteed facts. Compare the result with the source, correct or clear any field, then save. For better results, use a sharp, well-lit image cropped to the relevant travel details. Low contrast and complicated tables can still produce omissions or mismatches, and recognition quality will continue to improve in future updates.
- Camera is unavailable: Camera import requires a supported physical device. If access was denied, open iOS Settings and allow Camera access for TravelBrain. Photo import uses Apple’s system photo picker.
- Shared content is not in a trip yet: The Share Extension deliberately creates a pending review item. Open TravelBrain, select the waiting import, review its fields, and save it to the Inbox or an eligible trip day.
- Appearance: Choose Settings → Appearance → System, Light, or Dark. System follows the current device appearance.
- All travel data and recognition processing stay on your device unless you explicitly export, share, or create a backup. We do not collect or transmit your travel plans.
- Backup & Restore: Export a backup manually through the system document picker to iCloud Drive, Files, or another location you choose. We have no access to the backup. Review the restore summary carefully before confirming.
- If notifications or Live Activities are not appearing, please check that TravelBrain is allowed to send notifications in iOS Settings.
- TravelBrain Pro (Lifetime): This is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks long-image and JSON exports. Restore a previous purchase from Settings → TravelBrain Pro → Restore Purchases.
TalkMirror
- TalkMirror is designed to run offline. Your practice audio is processed in memory for immediate playback and is not saved as audio files.
- If Voice Mirror does not start, please make sure TalkMirror has microphone permission in iOS Settings.
- For safety, TalkMirror pauses when the app goes to the background or the screen locks, and it will not auto‑resume when you return.
- If Shadow Read sounds silent or the reference voice is missing, choose another Apple system voice in TalkMirror and make sure that voice is downloaded in iOS Settings.
- To switch between the free built-in sentence library and your own text, tap the Practice Material bar at the top of Shadow Read. The library is included with the app and does not require a separate download.
- Practice reminders are optional and off by default. Enable them from TalkMirror Settings, then allow notifications when iOS asks. If reminders do not appear, check the app’s notification permission in iOS Settings.
- When reporting an issue, it helps to include the mode you were using, whether Bluetooth/headphones were connected, and your device + iOS version.
SentenceDeck
- SentenceDeck turns your own text into sentence-by-sentence shadowing practice with free System voice or optional Premium voice.
- Premium voice is unavailable: Check your internet connection, then open Settings → Characters & Purchases. If the balance or catalog is missing, sign in to Media & Purchases in iOS Settings and use Restore & Sync. Premium requests send the selected sentence through Cloudflare to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech.
- A purchase succeeded but characters are missing: Use Restore & Sync with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Characters are tied to the purchase identity; there is no separate SentenceDeck login. If the balance still does not update, include the pack name, approximate purchase time, and App Store region when you contact support. Do not email payment-card details.
- System voice sounds robotic or silent: Choose another System voice in SentenceDeck and make sure the voice is downloaded under iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices. System voice is free, offline, and does not use characters.
- Why did a sentence use characters again? Cached premium audio replays without another charge only while the sentence, voice, style, and generation settings still match. Changing a premium voice or style may require new audio and consume characters.
- Playback speed: Changing practice playback speed from 0.75× to 1.5× does not regenerate audio or consume more characters.
- Device backup: Premium audio is eligible for iCloud or computer device backup only while backup is enabled and has enough space. It returns as part of a full device restore; deleting and reinstalling SentenceDeck alone does not restore it. Free System-voice audio can be generated again and may be excluded from backup.
- Exporting audio: Open Settings → Backup & Export to export one article or the full library as a SentenceDeck ZIP. Exporting does not generate audio or use characters. A merged audio file is for listening and cannot be imported as a backup.
- Importing a ZIP: Import a package created by SentenceDeck from Backup & Export. Matching articles are updated and other compatible articles can be created. Audio using a different voice, style, or generation configuration may be skipped to avoid attaching the wrong sound. Importing does not generate audio or use characters.
- What an audio ZIP does not restore: Practice progress is not included. Keep the original ZIP until you have checked the restored articles and audio.
- SentenceDeck does not run its own audio-sync service. Generated audio stays on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
- When reporting a problem, include the voice type (System or Premium), article language, device model, iOS version, SentenceDeck version, and the exact message shown. Do not include private article text unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
SugarCurfew
- SugarCurfew is a privacy-first sugar logging app for drinks, desserts, and packaged foods.
- The app works without accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, tracking, or cloud sync.
- Photo Add uses on-device processing. Photos and OCR text are not uploaded to a third-party AI service or cloud server for recognition.
- If camera access is not working, please check iOS Settings and allow camera permission for SugarCurfew.
- If a photo result looks wrong, edit the category, item name, or sugar amount before confirming. SugarCurfew is designed as a confirmation flow, not a silent auto-log.
- Manual backup files are created only when you choose to export them and do not include photos.
- SugarCurfew is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional nutrition guidance.
- When reporting an issue, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, app version if available, and a brief description of what you were trying to log.
HushVault
- HushVault is a private, offline app for remembering where you put important things at home and finding them again later.
- The app works without accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, tracking, or cloud sync. All photos and records stay on your device.
- Take a photo of where an item is stored, or import one from your photo library. If camera or photo access is not working, please check iOS Settings and allow the relevant permission for HushVault.
- Reminders not appearing? Optional re-verification reminders are off by default. Turn them on per item, and make sure HushVault is allowed to send notifications in iOS Settings. Notifications are intentionally low-exposure and never show your titles, locations, tags, or photos.
- App Lock: You can manually lock the app; unlocking uses Face ID / Touch ID and falls back to your device passcode. Content is blurred when the app is in the background.
- Backup & Restore: Backups are a single password-protected file created only when you export them. Keep the backup password safe — it is required to restore, and we cannot recover it for you.
- When reporting an issue, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, app version if available, and a brief description of what you were doing.
