Privacy & Data Use

We ship multiple small apps under the kuroneko-cmd.dev umbrella. This page summarises our overall privacy principles and links to the detailed policy of each app. Every app can have different behaviours (offline-only vs. connected, third-party SDKs, etc.), so please follow the per-app links if you need specifics for a particular product.

Our approach

• We avoid collecting personal data unless it is absolutely necessary for a feature.
• We currently do not run third-party analytics SDKs inside our iOS apps.
• When a feature requires network access, the per-app page will explain what is transmitted, how it is stored, and how you can request deletion.
• All support requests are handled via contact@kuroneko-cmd.dev.

App policies

Simple Warm Reminder

• Policy: View the Simple Warm Reminder privacy policy
• Summary: Fully offline reminder app. Reminders, settings, and voice recordings stay on your device. No account, analytics, or tracking. The optional family setup travels only inside the QR code or link you share; nothing is sent to us.

KeepFlame

• Policy: View the KeepFlame privacy policy
• Summary: Offline habit tracking and free card collection in version 2.0. Habits, to-dos, Ember, cards, and settings stay on your iPhone. No account, cloud sync, app analytics, ads, or in-app purchases. Sharing is optional; 1.1 records are not imported into 2.0.

TravelBrain

• Policy: View the TravelBrain privacy policy
• Summary: Offline travel planner with inspiration inbox and timeline. No analytics or data collection; all itineraries and inspirations stay on your device.

TalkMirror

• Policy: View the TalkMirror privacy policy
• Summary: Offline voice practice “voice mirror”. Practice audio is processed in RAM for immediate playback and is not stored or uploaded; only optional on‑device metrics are saved.

SentenceDeck

• Policy: View the SentenceDeck privacy policy
• Summary: Speaking practice with scene dialogues and sentence-by-sentence shadowing. Premium voice sends sentence text through a Cloudflare Worker to Google Cloud’s AI speech service; scene dialogues are written by Google Gemini models on Google Cloud Vertex AI through the same server, and a custom scene description is sent only after you agree and is not stored. System voice and the built-in offline scenes stay on-device. Recordings, dialogues, and generated audio stay on-device, while limited wallet, billing, and daily-count records are processed for security and characters. No ads SDKs, no sign-up account.

SugarCurfew

• Policy: View the SugarCurfew privacy policy
• Summary: Privacy-first sugar logging app. No accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or cloud sync; photos and OCR text are processed on-device and are not uploaded to third-party AI services.

HushVault

• Policy: View the HushVault privacy policy
• Summary: Private, offline app for remembering where you put important things. No accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or cloud sync; photos and records stay on your device, with manual password-protected backups and on-device app lock.

Future apps will be added to this list with their own dedicated policy pages.

Website data use

This notice was updated on September 12, 2026. It applies to this website, separately from each app’s policy.

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and traffic sources, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance. Website measurements can include the page URL, referrer, browser and device information, approximate region, and performance timings. These services do not receive records stored inside KeepFlame or our other apps.

Vercel describes Web Analytics as using aggregate statistics without third-party cookies, and Speed Insights as using anonymous performance measurements. Details are available in Vercel’s Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation. Visiting external links or choosing to share content is subject to the destination’s own privacy policy.

If you contact support by email, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use them to respond to your request.
